Using the marketplace

The Naari Club provides a marketplace where independent vendors list and sell products. The vendor identified on a listing supplies and fulfils that product. These terms apply alongside the product information and policies shown for your purchase.

Your account

Provide accurate account and contact information, keep your password private, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account. Contact support if you believe someone else has gained access.

Products, prices and orders

Vendors are responsible for accurate product information, stock, prices and shipping details. Review the description, seller name and total before buying. Images can vary in appearance across screens; refer to the listing for material, size and other specifications.

Payment authorisation alone does not confirm an order. The Naari Club confirms orders after verifying a captured payment. If availability or payment verification prevents fulfilment, the order is reviewed and you will need to follow the support process for a resolution.

Seller responsibilities

Vendors must provide accurate business, document and settlement information, comply with requirements that apply to their products, and fulfil accepted orders. Changes to business or bank details can require a fresh review. Products must be approved before appearing publicly.

Marketplace commission is calculated using the rate recorded for the order. The split shown in the app is a gross allocation; payment-provider charges and taxes can affect net settlement.

Acceptable use

Do not upload unlawful or misleading content, misuse other people’s information, attempt to bypass access controls, or manipulate payments, orders or reviews. The Naari Club may restrict accounts or listings when needed to investigate misuse or protect the service.

Help, disputes and changes

Use the contact information on this site to raise an order, account or seller issue. Shipping, cancellation and refund policies explain the relevant processes. These terms do not remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded. Updated terms will be published on this page when the service changes.
